Amabuki Ichigo (Strawberry) Junmai Ginjo

Amabuki brews with yeast isolated from flowers, and this one uses yeast taken from strawberry blossoms. The sake tastes of strawberry too: ripe and sweet, with a floral aroma and a fresh sourness that builds slowly across the palate.
