Amabuki Ginno Kurenai

The rosé color comes from ancient black rice. It's brewed with flower yeast, isolated from actual flowers rather than the usual brewing strains, which is what this brewery is known for.

Lightly sweet, with raspberry and cassis and a pop of acidity. Silky in the mouth, and easy to drink even if sake isn't usually your thing.

Serve it chilled, in a wine or champagne glass, or over ice.
