Raisin, nut, and fig, something close to bread pudding. Good slightly chilled, and just as good warmed.

Eternal Embers takes its name from a local river-crossing festival, where torches light the way for a prince and princess reunited once a year.

Good with pâté, miso-glazed seafood, pesto pasta, cilantro dishes, even pecan pie.
