"Green Apple" Junmai Ginjo is the flagship of Dainagawa's Tenka Series, which uses in-bottle pasteurization and shower cooling to protect the sake's rich palate and refreshing character. It's a time and temperature sensitive process, and one of many that reflect how Dainagawa brews in Akita.
