Koimari Peony Junmai Daiginjo

Low in acidity, with a soft sweetness like shiratama, the glutinous rice dumplings. Slightly viscous, and that rice sweetness spreads slowly across the palate rather than arriving all at once.

A ginjo aroma over the top of it. Juicy, sweet, and smooth.

JAL chose it for First Class on domestic routes in 2015.
