Kikusui Perfect Snow

Perfect Snow is undiluted and thick with moromi, the granules of fermenting rice mash left suspended in the sake. That's where the texture comes from.

Full-bodied and sweet up front, then it finishes crisp rather than heavy. At 21% it's one of the strongest sake you'll find.

Best taken well-chilled on its own or on the rocks, or you can mix it with soda or milk to draw out the flavors.
