Kagamiyama Sakemusashi Daiginjo

The first commercialized daiginjo in the world made with Sake Musashi, the first sake-brewing rice developed in Saitama Prefecture.

The aroma arrives first and does not hold back. The sake underneath is the opposite: light, dry, clean through the finish. A bottle built to be drunk all evening rather than admired once.
