Jozen Junmai Ginjo Nigori

A nigori that finishes dry, which most nigori don't. Mint, marshmallow, and Asian pear on the nose, then white chocolate and tart cherry. Medium-bodied, clean through the end.

The rice is polished to 55% remaining, unusually fine for a cloudy sake.
