Hakutsuru Tanrei Junmai

Hakutsuru brews Tanrei by their keikai-tsukuri method, built for lightness and a clean line, using their own Hakutsuru Nishiki rice and water from the Mount Rokkō springs. Honey and pear on the nose, then toasted grain and cashew, finishing with the mineral clarity that water is known for.

Chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed. It holds at all three. Good with noodles, lean proteins, and crisp salty snacks.
