Hakutsuru Draft Sake is aged at 41°F for one month after brewing and before bottling. It is made by the namachōzō method, pasteurized only once at bottling rather than the usual twice, which keeps it light and fresh.
Ripe pear and sweet rice on the nose. Dry, with gentle acidity, green melon and a touch of cream through a mellow finish.
Good with hearty salads, seafood, or a noodle bowl. An easy bottle to keep around.
