East Meets West: Bourbon Edition

Miyashita Brewery has been making sake and shochu for a century. In 2015, on their 100th anniversary, they opened Okayama Distillery, and their first Japanese whisky went on to win international awards. This bourbon barrel-aged sake marks that progression from sake to single malt.
