Brooklyn Kura Occidental

A tokubetsu junmai brewed on a single yeast, then dry hopped after pressing, the way a brewer hops a beer rather than boiling them in.

The hops turn it green at first. Over time the oxygen and alcohol shift that green to pink, which is the color it reaches you in. Occidental means "of the West."

Grapefruit zest on the nose, a rose tint in the glass, velvet smooth and lightly honeyed, finishing on citrus rind.
