Brooklyn Kura Catskills
Pickup currently not available
Brooklyn Kura brews in New York, and Catskills is named for the mountains the city's water comes from. That water is the point here: soft and smooth, and it shapes the whole sake.
Delicate and clean, with tropical fruit, light citrus, and a hint of vanilla. Fresh melon on the finish, with a balanced acidity and a smooth creaminess.
