Takahakkei Kyoto

Kyohime Shuzo brewery brews this sake in Kyoto, the ancient capital of Heian-kyō, and named this line Takahakkei from the words for hawk and for beautiful scenery. Fruity on the nose, then soft, light, and refreshing, with more layers than that suggests.
