The white-kōji counterpart to Kuro. White kōji gives a softer, sweeter shochu than black, and Kirishima pairs it here with Heisei Miyazaki yeast, which carries its own sweet aroma into the spirit. Sweetness, richness and roundness held in balance, with a smooth, almost velvety texture and the full sweet-potato flavor sitting right in the middle of it.
