Momo is Japanese for peach, and this is nearly a third peach: 30% white peach juice and pulp from Kumamoto, blended into Sengetsu's rice shochu. That's a lot of fruit for a liqueur, and it's why it tastes like the thing rather than like peach flavoring.
No added color, preservative, or scent.
Chilled or over ice. It makes good sorbet, and it's very good poured over ice cream.
