Koishiso is a play on words: shiso, the herb, and koishisou, roughly "feeling like falling in love."
It's Sengetsu's rice shochu steeped with red shiso grown in Kumamoto. The pink comes from the shiso itself, with nothing added to color it, and nothing added to preserve or scent it either. Bittersweet, and at 7% it's easy to drink.
Chilled, over ice, or with club soda. Also very good poured over vanilla ice cream.
