Built on Suigei's own sake rather than a neutral spirit, which is why it tastes rounder and less sharp than most citrus liqueurs. 35% juice, led by Tosa buntan, a pomelo that is a Kochi specialty, with yuzu behind it. Sweet and tart and juicy, with a faint bitterness in the back of the mouth that keeps it from going sugary. 9% alcohol.
