Kajikawa Junmai Daiginjo

A junmai daiginjo with more body than the grade usually suggests. Silky, with a mild aroma of chestnut, toasted rice, brown sugar, and raisin, and an earthy note underneath.

Named for the Kajikawa River, which supplies the brewery's water.

Chilled or at room temperature. Good with tuna and salmon sashimi, roasted duck or chicken, and prosciutto.
