Housen Nami no Oto Junmai Ginjo Gin no Iroha

Hōsen's "Nami no Oto," the sound of waves. Brewed with Gin no Iroha, a sake rice grown in Miyagi, which gives it a silky ginjo aroma and a clear, dry finish. A lactic note with a hint of pineapple, and a bright acidity carrying through.
