Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori Sake

Sayuri is a junmai nigori, pressed through a coarse mesh that leaves fine rice particles suspended in the sake. That is where the soft, milky look and the velvety mouthfeel come from.

Subtle white grape and cherry blossom, smooth and easy drinking, with a balanced finish.

Good with chicken teriyaki, spicy food, or rich desserts. It comes in Hakutsuru's iconic pink bottle.
