Emishiki's World Peace is the brewmaster's flagship ginjo. A flower yeast pushes the aromatics into pineapple, lychee, and pear, and the sake was designed to live in the mouth like a sauce instead of being washed away by it. Full-bodied with a slight spritz and a clean acidic structure, it drinks with the weight of a serious red wine.
