Association No. 7 yeast blended with the house strain gives it a fresh, fruity aroma of young grass, green apple, and strawberry, with a soft sweetness held in check by bright acidity and a clean, mineral finish.

At Sake Bar Gaga, we pair Sensation Black with Stuffed Japanese Pepper with Chicken Shiso Tsukune. The sake's bright acidity cuts the richness of the tsukune while its grassy, fruity aromatics echo the shiso and lift the green pepper.
